Full welded ball valve with gear is a specially designed ball valve with fully welded structure, featuring high strength, reliable sealing and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for controlling and truncating the flow of medium in various sections.
Full welded ball valve with gear achieves fluid control and cut-off by rotating the ball. When the valve is closed, the hole on the sphere is aligned with the valve seat, forming a closed state; when the valve is opened, the sphere rotates so that the hole is detached from the valve seat, forming a channel, and the medium can flow. The design of the turbine flow channel can guide the fluid to form a rotating flow, reducing the impact and friction of the fluid on the ball, reducing the operating resistance and improving the flow capacity.
It adopts all-welded structure, i.e., the valve body and bonnet are connected through the all-welding process, eliminating the sealing gasket in conventional ball valves, thus improving the reliability and sealing performance of the valve. The all-welded structure makes the ball valve more resistant to pressure and vibration, and is suitable for high temperature, high pressure and harsh working conditions.
Features of fully welded ball valve with gear:

6) The valve stem of the turbo all-welded ball valve can be lengthened, and also made by finishing grinding, and has excellent sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
7) As the valve seat is composed of carbon fibre reinforced sealing ring and disc spring, so it has a strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage slip within the marked pressure and temperature range.
8) The processing of the ball body is tracked and inspected by advanced computer detectors, so the processing precision of the ball body is high.
9) As the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, and no deformation due to earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground, the pipeline is resistant to aging.
10) Integral all-welded, equal and variable diameter channels, fixed and floating ball, double piston effect sealing system, automatic injection of sealant type bearings.
11) Stem anti-disengagement function is because the valve stem is affected by the pressure inside the valve, always produce the force of detachment so the valve stem is designed as anti-disengagement structure.
