Bleeding welded ball valve is a safe warning installation for pipeline bailout of flammable and explosive gases, when some kind of temporary cause makes the pressure at the control point exceed the set value (bubble bursting pressure), that is, the valve discharges a certain amount of gas.

Features:

3. When the valve is in the fully open or fully closed position, the bleeder plug can be opened. When opening the bleeder plug, have a spanner spanner available to prevent the bleeder plug from disengaging suddenly. The shut-off and discharge functions can be used to check the seal integrity of the valve. Failure to stop venting at one end of the valve indicates that the seat may be leaking.
* WARNING: Do not attempt to vent the valve in the half-open or half-closed position. Failure to do so could injure the operator or others.
