Fully welded ball valve is a common industrial valve with excellent sealing performance and durability. It is made of steel and processed and assembled by all-welding process. It mainly consists of valve body, bonnet, ball, stem, seals and so on. The valve body and bonnet are connected by all-welding to form a sealed container. The sphere is connected to the operating device through the valve stem to control the on-off of the fluid by rotation. A sealing ring is set inside the valve body to ensure the sealing performance of the valve.
Fully welded ball valves require no maintenance, adjustment and lubrication, are easy to install and operate reliably for long periods of time at low operating costs. The surface adopts plastic spraying treatment technology, which is glossy and beautiful, and there is no external leakage and other phenomena. The valve body is welded structure, so the valve is light weight and easy to insulate. It is very easy to install the regulating mechanism, and the operating handle can be removed and installed in the opposite direction.
The valve body is forged and moulded, and its strength is much stronger than that of the casting moulded ball valve body. The wall thickness of the forging is thinner and it is very light. According to the test, if bear the same strength of the valve body, forged ball valves compared to casting ball valves about a quarter of the weight lighter, and because the two ends of the valve body and the middle of the valve body used between the welded connection, so its structure is very compact.

Performance:
1) Thrust washer support with low friction material pushes the pressure towards the valve stem, so that the valve stem only plays the role of transmitting torque.
2) Since the valve seat is made up of carbon fibre reinforced sealing ring and disc springs, it is highly adaptable to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not produce any leakage slip in the marked pressure and temperature range.
3) The processing of the ball body is tracked and inspected by computer detectors, so the processing precision of the ball body is high.
4) Since the material of the valve body is the same as that of the pipeline, there will be no uneven stress, and no deformation due to earthquakes and vehicles passing through the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging.
5) Integral fully welded, equal and variable diameter channels, fixed and floating ball, double piston effect sealing system, automatic injection of sealant type bearings.
6) In order to prevent static electricity, the valve stem and ball and the valve stem and stuffing box are equipped with steel balls and springs, which can keep all the parts of the valve and the valve body conductive, allowing the current to pass through and release static electricity. Not only to prevent fire, but also to prevent corrosion, to achieve temporary cut-off for timely maintenance.
(7) Valve stem anti-disengagement function is because the valve stem is affected by the pressure inside the valve, always produce detachment force so the valve stem is designed as anti-disengagement structure.
