Product Description

High pressure fully welded ball valve is a kind of valve used in pipeline system, ball valve body and connecting pipeline using fully welded way, eliminating the traditional valve threads, sealing gaskets and other easy to leakage parts, improve the sealing and reliability, suitable for high-pressure working environment, can withstand high pressure.

The valve itself is high-pressure impact forging, shell after strengthening treatment, the whole test test pressure can reach 50MPa, for gas stations or natural gas and other media used, ball valves in the installation design need to consider their own pressure, as long as it meets the corresponding requirements can be guaranteed to use a wider range, but also can bring certain benefits.

High pressure fully welded ball valve is used to open and close the pipeline path or adjust the pipeline medium flow equipment. Therefore, the valve body is required to have high mechanical strength, flexible rotating parts, tight and durable sealing parts. All parts are forged, with a lower mounted stem, equipment inverted sealing structure, inlaid seat, equipment O-ring behind the seat, to ensure that the medium does not leak.

· High pressure fully welded ball valves are commonly used in high pressure fluid control systems in pipelines, tanks and equipment. The following are some examples of applications:

1. Used in crude oil transmission pipelines, oil refineries, natural gas processing plants, LNG terminal stations and other fields for controlling the flow of high-pressure gases and liquids.

2. Used in chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, plastics processing plants and other environments to control the flow and mixing of various chemicals.

3. Used in power stations and substations, etc. for controlling the flow of water, steam and other media to ensure the normal operation of power generation equipment.

4. Used in places such as sewage treatment plants, water supply plants and industrial wastewater treatment plants for controlling the flow of water and wastewater.
